There was a slight picture jump at 2.14 and 10 seconds, but the picture seems to be as good as it was before, and the Eastern regional Ceefax is still there, so I assume this is still the normal feed at Tac.

Leaving it a bit late to cut the feed aren't they. It's usually cut after 5 minutes.

They do seem to be leaving it a bit late, but maybe they're testing other things first? I gather that there have been some changes made to the tests compared with last year, but I have no idea what they are.

perhaps the engineers are alarmed that RBS test stalwarts such as sda and simon l uxton do not appear to be online. i mean it'd be awful if they missed it wouldn't it - its but once a year!

At 2.36am, let the record show that Tacolneston is now on RBS and Ceefax is dead. I wonder if we'll get any of that lovely animated test pattern we got last year?

Slight ghosting from Belmont compared to before. Ceefax as expected is off.
