Yes. It is power and UPS stuff in the TX area's of TVC, including coding and mux. Different things different nights.

Radio Times listings online show that BBC ONE will closedown from 4.00am - 5.00am on Monday 23rd January.
EDIT: Listings for BBC TWO show that BBC TWO will closedown from 2.00am to 3.00am.

Listings are showing that these engineering closedowns are still going ahead in the early hours of Monday 23rd January.

The nature of the tests means it's analogue only.
(i.e. all transmitters lose their BBC1 or 2 analogue feed, apart from Crystal Palace, the idea is to get a picture back to all main transmitters by rebroadcasting from Crystal Palace to nearby transmitters, then from them to transmitters further away, etc, until the whole country has a TV picture again.)
