Barry Chuckle has died, aged 73

The range of people paying tribute is a real testament to how they've got through to so many generations.

What would anyone possibly gain from posting that?

Their comedy was daft but it was innocent. You could just sit down for 10 minutes and laugh. There were no issues, it didn't make you think about things and it wasn't cruel.. Pity more kids tv isn't like it.

ChuckleVision ran for 22 years uninterrupted, which for a scripted Children's show is something I don't think will ever be beaten for the same show to run continuously.

Only Sooty, Jackanory and Playschool beats that, but they've been fronted by different people over the years. Paul and Barry fronted that show the whole way through.

Of course as well there were indeed four 'Chuckle Brothers', Jimmy and Brian were their older brothers. Jimmy probably the most well known as being Mr 'No Slacking'.
