If you receve the oxford version the headlines are read from the main studio during the opening titles and if you look the clock says ten to six!
Also for the news at 10 and late wekend slots i'm sure the oxford background image changes, because you cant see the road.

One thing that intrigues me.
Being as though South Today records its headlines and uses a chromakey window, how hard would it be to add the background image 'live' as its being shown? The clock would then give the right time. Its not important but I've wondered is it possible?
I think noggin is a good one to ask about this.
