Well it was just a matter of time before it came to Denmark. And as most of the recent quiz programmes, it pretty much looks the same in every country of the world.
After I have seen it on BBC Prime, I was surprised how rude dhe danish host was compared to Robinson. Especially the two first episodes, was horrible to watch.

FYI... the host of Hong Kong's version is much nicer. She actually smiles...

'O Pio Adinamos Krikos' - 'The Weakest Link' premieres here in Greece next Saturday on MEGA (1820-1930) and will be on both Saturday and Sunday evenings.
I detest the Weakest Link, it's just a vehicle for Robinson's over inflated ego. Her put downs are becoming very unoriginal and unfunny. This quiz spawned the most pathetic slogan ever, which people still to this day think they are being hilariously funny whenever they say it to you. The quiz isn't even very good, it's just dull and I'm getting very bored with it. Oh and that Denmark presenter looks like a slim Jo Brand.

Heh.. yet another ice queen. Where do they find these people?
By the way, in the english version did they change the studio? cause the pictures on BBC Online dosent look like the ones on BBC Prime.
No matter where you are in the world, it seems no one can get away from Anne Robinson these days. The Weakest Link is in every country, from Canadian widescreen cinemas to Bin Laden's home TV!
It's so haunting. You turn round, no matter where you are, and there she is - some huge annoying big advertisement with the words
Goodbye!

The Weakest Link also premiered here in the Philippines last week, once again with the same set and graphics etc. on Viva TV IBC-13 at 9:30 every weeknight, after either the basketball or 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?'
The host is pretty tough, he's an ex-mayor or something. I thought he'd be copying Anne Robinson's terse style and the 'goodbye' and everything, but he's even copying her wink, and she's been doing that for years!
One thing I don't know if they do anywhere else is they have a theme with the contestants each night, so one time it's students, another time it's radio DJs.
On a completely unrelated note, I'll be going back home to Blighty next week after over a year. From a TV point of view, when I was last at home the adverts weren't in widescreen, neither was the main BBC News, Richard and Judy were the king and queen of daytime TV and ITV 1 was plain old ITV. It'll be... weird..
