Yes, I am somewhat short tempered and to the point because quite often the people on here need to be told to shut up about BBC this and BBC that. And what do you mean "I too have suffered"? If my comments about the stupidity of Welsh people has offended anyone then oh dear, it was supposed to be a joke.
I have been around here long enough to recognise that nothing changes. People are still obsessed with the BBC, still care more about BBC World stings than their own lives and still neglect every other broadcaster on Earth.
My first post on these forums, almost a year ago, caused a bloody great debate and my attitude and temper has not since changed.
There has been an abundance of "pointless posts" recently and I have told people so when I have thought that is the case. If there is a genuine minority that actually CARES how people get around the fora then so be it, I just think you need to think a little before you post your constant torrent of sh*te which graces the pages of most of the forum.
As has been suggested to me time and time and time again, I will post exclusively in the threads that interest me and ignore the crap, the dull and the innane rantings of a small but all too vocal minority of this forum who have the sad and misguided opinion that many people actually care about what they post. Having looked the fora and having found no threads that I feel genuinely interested in I can safely say that I shall not be posting.
Whoever wants to take up the batton of being the person who defends sanity around here... good luck to you.

Jokes are usually meant to be found funny by at least two people, and also have a basic element of wit. Yours had neither, and was a shameless and ill-though out retort that was uncalled for. Why was there the need to have issue with James' nationality? What would you have said if someone else wrote it, who wasn't Welsh? I'm sorry, but you can't just evade responsibility for inappropriate generalisations about other groups of people, which you have no basis for making. Even if it was a *joke*, are you not aware of the implications for saying something as childish and rude as that, or must you learn everything through mistakes?
Your ever-present comments about "BBC this, and BBC that" being everywhere, have long since become as frequent as the posts which inspire you to make that very attack! This thread is neither about, nor relates to, the BBC, nor is it pointless at all. Quite the opposite, as you clearly decided when you originally posted in it.
Nobody asks you to reasonably not post in this forum. Conflict of argument and opinion, and jokes and banter, keep the interest for everyone. So why can't you just keep your comments to a level of decency and respect that you are clearly calling others to hold for you. And also learn to take a conflict of opinion with a bit more dignity and maturity. You don't have the exclusive monopoly on stress or difficulty in your private life, and as much as I won't comment on whatever it is that is making you so uptight [because it's none of my business], I still don't think it can excuse you for using that temper and aggressive language as a vent for it. Have some consideration, and check your post before you submit it -- think would you be offended by what you just wrote?

For crying out loud, lighten up and stop taking everything so literally. You criticised me, s4c, for being absurd in taking the comment about me being part of a sexual experiment too seriously because it was obviously ridiculous and yet you take seriously comments about me calling Welsh people inbred gnomes... come on. Pot, kettle, black?

The habit has been broken. And I did apolgise, you were probably typing out some abusive email to someone, and missed it.
I will take the moral high-ground, because you are making such an arse of yourself.
OK, and if there are anyone I've annoyed/offended/upset in the last month or so, please do tell me, because as far as I'm aware I have not done so intentionally (unless the recipient was being a complete tw*t.)
