The MRR International Credits are images of the various citys and credit "Team Sydney" "Team Melbourne" etc... it's in a similar font to the generic ITV credits.
The sponsor logos aren't shown.
Following that there is a Seven ident and a ident for the programme's distributors, Southern Star - it's basically the same two cards shown at the end of Home & Away here.

No doubt 'the one to watch' era was the best for seven. My personal vavourites were the 1999 'ill be watching you' and 2003 'i feel so good' ones.
However the TV bloke was a branding campaign to get viewers to remember seven and relaunch with the slogan 'GOTTALOVEIT'. And its worked when people look at a tv they just imagine the seven tv man. But they no longer play at the moment with a new set of ids featuring show personalities and new style coming up signposts.

The One to Watch presentation was outstanding - but the last updates to presentation on the Aus TV History website are no where near as good - and that telly bloke just looks hideously dated.

I'm liking these.
Are they using 'I think I love you' across all ID's? Is there a full trailer featuring the song?
From all of the bits that I've seen from 7 over the years, I love the way in which they create an excellent brand. Everything is changed and everything fits in with everything else. As though they take time and plan things well.
Where as here, I'd say that the closest to come to that would be Channel 4 since the relaunch.
You look at ITV and they are part of the way there and then not at all. ITV1 has it's 4 squares that could be used very creatively... but aren't, and then the initial flipping the colours for ITV2 was a clever idea, though they then moved on to create ITV3, and soon 4, plus with the news channel, sport, and drama, everything looks a bit mish mashed. At least they all keep some form of the itv logo though.

yeah i like them too, but with regards to them planning...not really. many aspects of the look were slowly phased in, we still have some remnants from as far back as the 2003 look.
New promo supers just phased in last week 6 weeks after the launch of the new look. Sponsor billboards are still those that were used back in 2003 when seven revamped with the white flashy background 'lucky number 7' ids. Ratings advisory tags are those from the start of 2004 with the red graffiti look and the RPG has been exactly the same for 4 years.
