It's worth nothing that the 6.30pm recordings take forever to do, I went to an evening record and we didn't actually leave PQ until 11.30pm

I thought In It To Win It was bad at 11.15pm! I think the ticket said we were meant to leave at 9 or something, but didn't start recording til around that time.

They were over 2 hours late at starting. Never said why it over run by so much, but people weren't happy. By the end of the show, over half the audience had left.

It doesn't help matters when websites like The Applause Store give away more tickets than the studio capacity. I can understand why they can do it, but it makes matters worse when you have people kicking off about not getting in when they have a ticket and have been waiting for quite some time to actually get in.

The last time I went to PQ, it was massively over subscribed and to be honest it was a bit of a shambles by The Applause Store...

I was at Break the Safe on Saturday and it was handled a bit poorly as well by the Applause Store. I understand why they over subscribe as well, but I don't understand why they let everyone in with a ticket to the waiting area, only to tell those at the very end that there's no more seats. Surely they would know when it's at capacity when people come into the foyer to hand their ticket over.

It's standard procedure for these audience participation groups to oversubscribe. When I went to Paul O'Grady's show during the C4 era, if you couldn't get in, they'd put you in the priority group for a future date where you'd get first dibs of getting into the studio.

Off topic, but on "Ellen" in Burbank, California when the audience is full you go to the "Riff-Raff Room", which isn't just some crappy backstage area, but a different experience (gift shop etc.), good idea.

From every recording I've been to with the Applause Store, every ticket is 'upgraded' to a priority ticket apart from the ones that have a premium subscription. And these supposed 'upgraded' tickets doesn't even guarantee entry.

Funnily enough it was Break The Safe Series 1 that I went to as well and that was a right carry on. The queue was right out of the main entrance and down the stairs. It's safe to say a lot of people weren't happy.
