It's absolutely everything to do with publicity. It's a textbook Ryanair campaign. They've run a number of ads they've known would be banned and the endless free publicity they get when it is. By the way, is there any serious effort from British politicians to give ASA more power and authority?

Considering their latest rumoured appointee to head up OFCOM I doubt it very much.
