Arqiva's take over of NGW referred to Competition Commission

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - The Office of Fair Trading (OFT), the UK consumer watchdog, said it will refer Macquarie UK Broadcast Ventures Ltd's completed acquisition of National Grid Wireless Group to the Competition Commission.

National Grid announced the sale of its UK Wireless business to Macquarie UK Broadcast Ventures Ltd for 2.5 bln stg cash on April 3 after having received approaches from various parties.

Am I right in thinking they run the entire Terrestrial broadcast network now? Apart from DTT what else do they control?
