Been on Midlands Today and Central News various times where I've walked past in shot and was once interviewed on MT when I was about 16 about a local RSL radio station I volunteered at.
Been spotted on tennis coverage where I've been at the event. At the Birmingham Classic last year I was in shot for most of the matches.
Put my hand up and made a point on Question Time once when it was in Wolverhampton.
Been in the audience for a few shows including Insert Name Here, Modern Life Is Goodish and The Russell Howard Hour most recently.
Live and Kicking did a thing where viewers sent in "boring badges", that was started by me and a school friend after we sent a letter in with some.
On radio have been on a few local things over the years things - as well as the abovementioned RSL and student radio - but the biggest one was on Scott Mills afternoon show on Radio 1 I phoned in and spoke to Scott and Chappers for a while about a story I had that followed on from one of their features.

Been in the audience for a couple of celebrity specials of The Chase & Tipping Point. I could actually be seen in the front row of a recent Tipping Point celebrity special.
I went to the first taping of the first episode of the first ITV series of Birds of a Feather. I loved how they had different variants of the same jokes when they messed up their lines. Something I picked up on when the second mistake happened.

Were you on your phone at the time of broadcast too?
Does often looking gormless in the background of BBC News count?

I appeared on Nickelodeon with my sister and friends during the May half term in 1998. They sent a cab around 5.30am which took us to Rathbone Place. Being in the studio at the time was tiny but looked the same as it did on screen. We were shown around the whole building, including the production office. I sat in the gallery with Bogey the puppet and had fun mixing between the different wipes and cameras on air I also got to 'fire' the director on air and got meet Mike McClean and Mounya!
Though watching the tape back, you can clearly see me trying my best not to look at the guy operating Bogey the puppet while we're on air!

I've been fortunate enough to be involved with a few broadcasts in my professional life as a church musician, both on radio and television. It always does excite the 'media geek' in me to be on the other side of the broadcasting business!
And there was this madness from two years ago, where I was profiled on a 'live' into ITV Lunchtime News!

I was in an episode of
Bergerac
(as were at least half of my extended family and, let's face it, a significant proportion of the population of Jersey) as "small child" (uncredited). My sister had actual lines in her episode, though, and my brother nearly got a clip round the ear from Charlie Hungerford for defacing one of his election posters.
Then a few years ago I was on Stargazing Live via Skype as one of a few who discovered a supernova via Zooniverse.
Oh yes, and I might have been seen in the audience of an episode of Light Lunch.
