Suprised it wasn't a generic ITV background for the credits.. It was a orange background with red font. Looked quite nice.

Yes, it was a nice change. ITV should taylor their backgrounds to match each programmes' presentation and style.

Did he sing at the start like he did on the pilot?

He did, and badly it has to be said. Many bum notes, as they say. Cool

i really hated the show yesterday. The show is just too camp, and he can't even sing. His singing was horrific! Not to mention other things about the show...

They are only putting him on because he is the closest thing to Paul O'Grady.

ITV1 had a stellar Monday with That Antony Cotton Show launching with 2m (17.6%) at 5pm and new peaktime drama Little Devil bringing in 6.1m (28.2%) in the 9pm slot.

The figures saw ITV1 achieve its best share and volume performance for an August Monday ever.

The audience for That Anthony Cotton Show, which is a mixture of celebrity chat and games, was significantly up on the slot average of 1.7m (12.9%).

It also attracted more eyeballs than Channel 4's flagship daytime show, Richard and Judy, which pulled in just 1.1m (9.7%) viewers.

Well i guess its downhil from now on. I caught a bit of it yesterday and it was ok, it wasent exciting, it was just ok. Paul O'Grady started off with low ratings and then added them as the months went on, ill be surprised if that happens to Cotton.

I will be more interested to see what figures it will pull in this time next week. It might be the case the only thing he will be able to pull is himself.

The Sharon Osbourne show launched with only 100,000 less than that and look what happened there.

People will have tuned in to see if it really was a tragic as the early reviews suggested (and IMO it was). As someone has already said it will be all downhill from here.

You can say my name JCB, i dont bite Razz

Once Paul O'Grady is back on, i think Paul will beat Antony easily. Mind you i wasnt that impressed with the last series, it was becoming to forced, just hope some changes are coming.
