I don't see this programme as a 'must-see' myself, but many do and it's return is not a moment too soon for ITV - it could do with a boost.
:-(
I still enjoy it, but i miss Undercover and Little Ant and Dec segments, still good that they try and keep it fresh.

Little Ant n Dec were absolutely brilliant to start with, but lost their charm a little after the first year.
The older they get the cuter they aint!.

Losing them and the undercover segment though saw two key elements of the show come to an end - and nothing really has replaced them.
Ant vs Dec is good, though Beat the Boys wasn't. Also miss the What's Next segment - and as I've said before the idea behind Thank God You're Here would work far better as a segment on a show such as Takeaway rather than a show in it's own right.
I think though Takeaway has probably had it's day - however much they claim to still enjoy it you can't help but feel that Ant and Dec want to move on.

They try to cram too much in as well I feel. By the end they're both sweating into the end credits.
Still, In other ways its perhaps the only bit of traditional Saturday night TV remaining really.

For sure there's too much in the show.
What's with the elimination - is it deliberately tongue in cheek - or just a rip from every other show on a saturday night?

Sad to see what made the show, eg undercover, absent from this series, apart from grab the ads, most of the older features havent made a return. Not sure about the guest V/O each week again. For a start its pre recorded so no real banter can happen between Ant and Dec + voiceover x. When Peter Dickson did it, it was all live as far as I know.
