Ant and Dec return on the Saturday after next, with a new series of Saturday Night Takeaway.
It's also when Parkinson returns. ITV's saturday schedule will look like this, although times will vary from week to week no doubt
5.45 Who wants to be a Millionaire?
Creating a 3-way game show battle with Deal or no Deal and Weakest Link
6.45 The X Factor
Opposite Maria on BBC1
7.45 Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway
9:00 Afterlife
10:00 Parkinson
11.10 ITV News
Well thats pretty much the autumn schedule I predicted a few months back, although WWTBAM is on much earlier than expected which is a good thing.
Millionaire has always been the weak link in the Saturday night schedule. Starting with The X Factor, ITV have a good chance of keeping the viewers right through to 11.10pm. We'll soon see.

I agree - Millionaire has been running for so long now and isnt must see tv anymore, how many people switch over when it starts? I know I do.
TV Times has a few details on the new series of 'Saturday Night Takeaway'. 'Undercover' has been dropped, 'Ant Vs Dec' remains. 'Little Ant & Dec' won't be interviewing celebs anymore but have a "massive new project". New features include 'Jiggy Bank' -a giant piggy bank which a viewer has to straddle and jiggle out as many coins as they can - and 'Beat The Boy's' in which a celebrity pairing race Ant & Dec round a track in custom built wacky races style cars. The NTV style segment they used in earlier series - with cameras in pubs & cinemas etc - is also returning.

Will they be employing Big Brothers Pete Bennet for the role of Clunk? or is Clunk a character from Dastardly and Mutley. I get confused.
I can just see Ant as Dick Dastardly and Dec as Penelope Pitstop. lol.
A good show to start the series. Pleased they have got rid of some of the sections that had become boring.
The Ant Vs Dec challenge was good this week. However it was mentioned there were only 5 more challenges so its a very short series this year then.
Only 6 shows in this series, it's like Top Gear just when you get into the show it's over. And Top Gear is where they so obviously got the driving game from.

I think ITV are finally getting Saturday nights back on track. YAY
And come October 7th it'll be an all out war with Strictly Come Dancing and Robin Hood on BBC1!! This is how Saturday nights should be, with good shows on both main channels.
If Takeaway is only on for six weeks does this mean that they'll be going straight into Ihosting 'm A Celebrity afterwards?
