Ant and Dec return on the Saturday after next, with a new series of Saturday Night Takeaway.

It's also when Parkinson returns. ITV's saturday schedule will look like this, although times will vary from week to week no doubt

Hhhmmm...1 hour and 15 minutes of takeaway? Is that a bit too much? Probably not if the show is good. I guess this is the 1st series that Millionaire has been demoted to an earlier slot in the evening. Is this the start of WWTBAM Lite?

I think it used to run at about 65/70 minutes didn't it? So 75 is not much different.

Interesting schedule - it's about time they tried WWTBAM in a different slot.

I think 'Takeaway' actually ran for 90minutes one time. That was during the show's peak during series 2. These days it struggles be be entertaining for 60minutes.

Apparently major changes are afoot this time round, including new roles for the now defunct "little ant and dec".

It probably is still 65min, the show always started LATE! And never used all there allocated time, the Saturday night schedule never runs to time!

With Afterlife in the schedule as well it really is one programme too many!

I agree, they should show Teletext for an hour instead!

I wonder if after last year's accident if "Ant vs Dec" will return - and Undercover needs to improve too. We can be pretty certain Carol Thatcher will be one of the first victims!

I'd like the "What's Next?" thing to return though - the simpler ideas are generally the best!

Well thats pretty much the autumn schedule I predicted a few months back, although WWTBAM is on much earlier than expected which is a good thing.

And by the time you account for the advert breaks it will probabaly be no more than 60 mins
