Somehow they're going to get Carol vs Patsy playing Play Your Cards Right, with Bill versus Vernon playing Bullseye.

No I have no idea how this is going to work either, I expect some bonus celebrity partners will get involved

Well tonight is BULLSEYE, and according to the listings and extra player team has been found, there using an actually dart players and partner and along with bill and vemon so there will 3 players starting off tonight’s game.

And we will see central ident, but which one will it be the original Version 1981 –mid 80’s

Why are they playing such a lousy MIDI version of the theme over the later titles?

Not necessarily a good thing though!
I've seen it all now... here's a 16x9/4x3 comparison of the afore mentioned frontcap...

Mmm, a treat for all shapes & sizes. Can I make a presumption that Thames are looking after this department of the programme? Laughing

What exactly is meant to be preserved for history here then???, the shape of the globe or the shape of the letters? Answers on a forum near you...

Looked like they didn't use the orignal dartboard fascia. Mind you considering that one was half the size as the original i'm not surprised.

Shame Bill didn't win. Would have tied in well with the whole Corrie/ITV50 concept but never mind.

Ok then

The format was dyer, with the add drums rolls while there were trying to hit prize boards and that god awful sound the used when there didn’t hit the red ( that sound came form cilia moment of truth)

Where was the music in round Two? And I did not luck the 2 player format, it doesn’t go well for this show, it was like everything was over done, it never had the same fell as the other gameshows! If there just used the original format it might have been better

What was up with Eric Bristow tonight? He didn't seem at all to have his heart or even spirit in the game. There many times when he didn't look as though he really cared what was happening. I felt quite sorry for Bill Roache who appeared a little frustrated at his partner's performance.

I wonder if Vernon's Mrs will be absent from next weeks Family Fortunes?

Well, I thought tonight's Bullseye was class! Superb!

Brought back great memories!

The original version was almost adhered to - the only things different were:-
1. The original music wasn't used.
2. No music during round 2.
3. Slightly different animations used of Bully and a smaller dartboard fascia.

Apart from that though, it was a very entertaining programme. Certainly worthy of a sereis remake by Peter Kay, as mentionned on the UKGameshows.com home page!

I'm sure others agree! Very Happy
