No, Richard Bacon is fine. Think the awful one is Rhod Gilbert. There was an outtake programme on a while back, 'The best outtakes ever' or something; excellent clippage but he felt the need to comment on and over everything either trying to make out that he caused it or explaining the obvious
Yes, Rhod Gilbert has an annoyingly exaggerating Welsh accent and when he narrates its not dissimilar to Neil Morrissey on Blunders.

Hopefully it's better than the recent spate of BBC3 'blooper' type shows. They've all been very good in terms of research and use of archive, but totally ruined by the awful voiceover rabbiting all over the clips
