Re: Graham Norton / Big Brother.

Are the Friday night gags just done with canned laughter in front of the curtain.

I had presumed he just recorded two or three versions with the audience, but on the night Jon Tickle was voted back in Graham made several comments on it ("we voted them out!") but Big Brother had not confirmed the plans until the actual Friday night shows, while there was very little speculation in the media that it would happen. I'm sure if he'd said that before an audience the news would have leaked to the press / forums etc.

It's obvious it is filmed the night before or a few days earlier because of the jokes Graham always makes about it. When he's chatting with a guest and he's ranting on about tour dates, they end up saying the one according to the time it was filmed, but then Graham corrects them and says they're a day off or something, to make it seem live.

It's funny when he does that - but why do they need to pretend it's live?

But that's just it - he doesn't pretend it's live. If anything, Graham makes a point of it being recorded for a joke. I like the way they don't re-record or hide the fact it is recorded to the audience. They make no secret of the fact it isn't live.

I find the starter shafts of the Lars extremely to amuse, in spite of being complete refusals and Topov makes them to blot over. I am using Babelfish hour in order to demonstrate how much easy one is!

Or, as I typed the original text into Babelfish (before translating it into Italian and then back in to English) :

I do find Lars' posts to be extremely amusing, despite being complete rubbish, and Topov has it spot on. I'm using Babelfish right now to prove how easy it is!

Actually, I prefer this one - English to Spanish and then back to English :

"Encounter the posts of Lars to amuse to me extremely, in spite of being complete wastes and Topov causes that they stain ignition. I am using Babelfish now to prove how it is easy is!"

Topov, I've told you before about staining the ignition... Wink
