Does this mean that Alan is not doing Last Night of the Proms for BBC TV this year? *Prays hopefully*

Surely Barry Scott would be better. Talking about the merrits of Cillit Bang, and shouting like an annoying tw*t several times a day on national television.

Or maybe Barrymore will get a comeback, Kids Say Even Funnier Things . "So tell me Michael again, just what happened to that bloke in your swimming pool?"

Hasn't ITV already had Lily Savage's Blankety Blank!!!

Well, ITV did have a late night phone-in quiz program called "Blank Screen" a few years ago. Thankfully, it was only ever
on for a few minutes at a time, unlike all the money grabbing crap that fills up the ITV overnight schedules these days!

I could say ITV used to have a "(Blank) Blank Show" overnight - it was called closedown. And personally, preferable to the more-than-a-tad-dodgy world of ITV Played to say the least.

The set looks like and exact mirror image of the Paul O'Grady Show set.

There was a new ident screened before the show.

The logo was very big though but a nice and creative piece.

It has the same fake plants where the guests walk on as Paul had when he was on ITV- (see below)

At the start I thought it was Paul's studio- ITV are pathetic trying to copy Paul's studio- why can't they come up with their own ideas? Also, Alan sits behind a desk too...

So far the show has been very disappointing...
