In my local paper - the Glenrothes Gazette was this rather interesting small story:
GLENROTHES viewers can have their say on the BBC at a public meeting in the town on Thursday.
'Reporting Scotland' presenter David Robertson, will chair the event which is being held at Rothes Halls.
Senior managers and broadcast watchdogs will be on hand to answer questions about the channel's television, radio and interactive programmes.
The meeting starts ar 7.30 pm and refreshments will be served from half an hour beforehand.
Seems quite strange - I'm probably being stupid and this is something all regions do quite regularly, but is anyone aware of the Beeb doing stuff like this? I mean, is this the best way to get viewer feedback in the 21st century?
