With the launch of the BBC's 4-screen service today, which 'active' news service cuts the thread for you?

I find Sky News Active very slow to use. Information is repeated in both News Active and Sky Text. It also keeps crashing my digibox. when selecting a news story in the read section i press down and have to wait about 5 seconds while the digibox catches up.

BBC News Interactive works alot faster on my original Pace box. (when i press down its there instantly, the same when i select a video feed) The video feeds can also be accessed when using BBC Text by select 'Change TV' which means that you dont have to be watching News 24 to see the News Head Lines, The Sports Round up or the Weather. All in all well done BBC

Well that my opinion anyway
Cheers

These votes prove nothing, because the majority of you lot like the BBC.

BBCi-thinkit'sabigpileofrubbishwithasillylongname-News isn't anywhere near as impressive as Sky News Active. Where is your voting? Where are your different weather bulletins, where is your 5 min 30 second headline round-up, where is your feed of Fox News, where is your FTSE ticker, where is your news ticker... etc.
It's just BBC Text with video, and I think I recall the majority of you on here saying that BBC Text - when compared to Ceefax - is infact a load of rubbish. So what are you talking about?

I'm just waiting for the praise for Andrew Simmons to come flooding in. Not that ANY of you would have praised him at Sky, god forbid that Sky get it right. Just wouldn't do.

I think SNA is an excellent service and I'm sure the guys at BBCi would agree. But for some reason I'll probably be drawn to BBC News Interactive. Hmmm!

Actually Asa, I'm quite the opposite. BBC News Interactive has a nice colour design etc but it could be better. And I'm sure I'll be dragged towards Sky News Active in the future.

I must say first that I am very bias to the BBC, but I must say that, it is much quicker to load, the news summery is much better, the quality of weather is very good and allthough I haven't seen it, the way you can send in questions sounds great.
But on the other hand, I think they could use a ticker, like on BBC news online or Sky news. They could also commision weather by continent for replay on BBC world in each region. This I think would be much better. What do you think?????
