I remember the golden days of ITV when on MOnday's at 7pm they used to show "Wish You Were Here?" and more or less every other shot was a topless woman on a beach.

I can't help thinking that as the years go on it's going to become more commonplace, though. There'll be sex and violence in kids shows eventually. Probably.
French TV shows naked breasts a lot during daytime TV. Well it did in 1998 when I last went in France

In the context of this programme a lot of naked bits is perfectly acceptable, it's not gratuitous or titilating, they are there for a reason.
