Why isn't the 7 o'clock news available to watch online? The News Show was streamed when it first launched.

Most other BBC News programmes are available, but not this one.

For me the music is ok, would have prefered it if they'd have changed it, but i'm not a fan of all of the black. The new 3 screens are nice, but the black with the blue isn't a fave combination, it's too dark.

Though Eddie is great, he seems very serious, but he also adds his own lines, well they may not be his own but very sarcastic.

A lot of lives and in studio interviews too, very good of them, though was this just for the first show?

I suspect one of the reasons the screens look clear and sharp is that the the rest of the studio is relatively dark and understated, meaning there is less light spilling around on the screens. (The presenters also stand mainly to the side of them rather than in front)

I would imagine that there will be more live reports and studio interviews (which the previous show couldn't do) to fill the time - they seem to be using some of the extra time for discussion/analysis rather than just stretching the news bulletin with longer news reports.

There seems to have been a media related (reporting on the reporting of the news) discussion towards the middle most days, and a longer special report at the end of the programme, followed by a discussion on the content.

It certainly isn't dumbed down...

Which does seem to fit with the idea that it's a sort of Newsnight for BBC3. How distinctive to channel 4 news is it? (Keep forgetting to watch).

Well. he's got time to put his tie back on before The World or the 10 (but it might be a bit of a rush if he's needed on News 24)
Very Happy

well if he does I expect royalties and he must make a set of guidelines for the use of such things. Like my new BIG MOIRA guidelines which are almost finished.

Tsk, I'm afraid I'm going to have to void all your BIG MOIRA stuff and claim prior art. I had a dream PRIOR TO 1990 where I pressed a red button (of all things!) which caused Moira who was on the TV at the time to shoot laser beams out of her left index finger. (No ****! I really did!)

I see the specifications are changed. Why has she been reduced in size?
