well friday night insted of enjoying 60 seconds of news

The reason why he put that is because on the internet capitals represent shouting. It is correct to put BBC and ITV etc, as they are initials / name of channel.
What you are doing is shouting at us, which is later looked upon by a moderator - and they're mean!!
