Victor Lewis Smith certainly bought the name Associated Rediffusion and is using it for his production company, along with the Adastral logo. However the same logo was also being used by Initial Hygeine products until recently - you can often see it on washroom hand dryers and the like.

I notice on ITV2's repeat of 50 Greatest Ads, they have adjusted the Adastral in the titles and astons to become a star. I assume this is because the owners of the trademark kicked up a fuss?
