4TVinteractive and price-drop.tv

Are these new channels on Freeview? And if so, when do they launch? What has happened to FourText?

4TV Interactive carries (up-to) 6 week EPG data, and will only be supported by a certain number of new freeview boxes (I think the latest Fusion box supports it).

Price-drop.tv should be launching very soon, IIRC they are waiting for final permission from ITC to begin broadcasting on freeview.

Fourtext is being redesigned, as you can see from going to Channel 50.

You can infact access this service (albeit slowly and with a few bugs) if you press, on the 'coming soon' screen...

Read more carefully Freeview. He says you can press the red button when you see the "Coming Soon" screen.

I've pressed that combination on my thomson and it doesn't work

It was working on my Thomson until yesterday evening, but it's not working today. It looks like the code may have changed. Bugger.

Perhaps they discovered their top secret combination was published on this website, so rushed to fix such a leak?
