What a mess. Some of the later Channel 4 idents just aren't easy to see like some of the earlier ones.

That's a 4seven addition, not a main C4 one. I couldn't make the 4 nor the 7 out from the stills but they're more obvious in the higher quality video.

And, back to plain old C4, I'll have you know the most recent Paralympic themed ident was fan-tastic.

Interesting how those gasometers have been added into the scene - they're about a mile away in Nechells.

In the roller coaster ident (on Channel 4), the ride in question is "Jaguar!" at Knotts Berry Farm - but all the signs you see in the ident are actually elsewhere on park.

Yes it's 4 Seven. But it seems to continue Channel 4's newer idents whether it's on the main channel or 4 Seven that is difficult to make out. Blackpool and the Paralympics ones are like that and also they don't seem to be keeping the distinctive block shapes, like they're saying it's close enough.

Out of interest does anybody watch 4 Seven often to catch up on shows?

I find I use 4seven if there's a clash on my PVR or if there's a show I hear a lot about on twitter or facebook after it's been on, for example the programme about the Air France flight that went missing.

Mother watches Grand Designs on it on Thursday as she's always out on a Wednesday when it's on C4 (she can't work the PVR).
