Yes, after you watch them, 48 hours later they're gone. Which for 99p is hugely ridiculous. 10p maybe, but if they think people are going to be prepared to spend 99p on something they can just set a tape for... well I hope they're in for a nasty shock.

According to BBUKSite, 4oD will be offering FREE downloads of episodes of Celebrity Big Brother to help raise it's profile.

i downloaded and watched one of their free educational programmes on the pc version of 4od and was pretty good. the only thing is that there is limited time once you've started watching, bit of a rip off if you are actually paying for them.

You are supposed to have the option to "download to own" aswell.
On a similar note, Media Guardian reports that some sort of agreement has been made so that broadband and mobile simulcasts of TV channels don't have to block ads out - though it won't be sorted till "next year" - which considering it's January 2nd, is a bit of a way off!
