I'm guessing they'll sort the legal stuff out to allow them to sing/music being played in the house. -shrugs-

A couple of features on Digital Spy. Key point is they confirm E4 Music will continue and has been recommissioned through to next summer.
E4 Music will continue to be presenter led, but 4 Music won't be.
