Not sure there's a lot of point, as a lot of Channel 4 Schools programmes (and some BBC ones) have been given to Teachers TV to show.

AIUI Channel 4 has to show 'Educational' programmes between 9.30am and 12.00pm for 40 weeks of the year, they also use the 4.00am-6.00am slot for two nights per week during the 40 weeks again to show 'Educational' output.
As mentioned some programmes such as 'Darren Gough's Cricket Academy' have also been shown on Teachers TV, which really isn't much of a schools service, it's more useful for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT's) and what have you.
