I wouldn't count on it, 4 Learning this morning used the normal Channel 4 presentation, and thats how it has been really and how they were progressing to, as programmes had the ECP's at the end and promos put in between. Also notice that most TV Guides don't schedule it as 4 Learning anymore, I guess they're taking the BBC2 approach.
Though I don't see what was wrong with the idents introduced last year, they fit the Channel 4 style and were modern, like their Schools output.
Sadly, C4 appears to have abandoned special Schools presentation and I will be e-mailing them to ask why at some point. As dreadful as the last 4Learning ident was, at least it meant schools TV still had its own presentation. This is just lazy.
Yes the graffiti on the walls really wasn't a good idea for an ident before schools programmes. But better than nothing. Surely something could be filmed in school grounds or within a school in which the objects form the '4'.

As I said in the C4 revamp thread - in the past the 4 Learning / Schools idents haven't alway come along with the revamp of the channel.
At the moment there is nothing - but its possible something could be introduced in the autumn - or when the rest of the idents are introduced. I guess they've concentrated on the main presentation so far.
Anyhow - BBC2 use their normal idents - and have done since I was at school!
S4C are still using the Dragon Carousel, and are still putting out more traditional schools programmes, where as C4 seem to now just find programmes from the main schedules with a slight educational slant to them and repeat them in the daytime. Only the early morning programmes seem to be in the traditional style. I thought they'd just ditched daytime schools altogether.
Absolutely, especially the boy and girl with thought bubbles expressing the very different things they wanted from their relationship. The upside-down heart left nothing to the imagination.
