Well we will probably have are last Balloon Xmas Ident on BBC ONE, which might be a bit boring, meanwhile BBC TWO will be different this year with 3d animation, probably a '2' on a christmas tree or summit!

Haven't a clue about the idents this year. BBC2 just won't be the same if it's on a yellow background with a purple box.
BTW, the first completely pointless Christmas TV Listings guides are published in the papers this Wednesday. Pointless due to the fact half the schedule is 'To be announced' and they always change anyway.

Well with any luck BBC TWO's yellow background won't represent snow: There's something ominous about yellow snow!!

I used to work on a funfair, and someone who had a serious grudge against the boss relieved himself into it at the start of every day. Urgh, gross!!!!

i wasnt overly impressed with last year's bbc one xmas idents... untill i realised we had regional versions too... what ever we have this year, i dont care, as long as theres a midlands version!

lol. I saw the new BBC Two ident where the '2' picks up the white box, flips it around, and it becomes the 'BBC TWO' purple box in the bottom right corner. This is just an example of how the '2' has grown up, will I like these new idents eventually? Well after seeing a new ident for the second time, then I'm sure I will.
Anyway as some of us think this will be the last Christmas for the balloon, I'll create a poll in the new year and we can vote for the best christmas ident(s) over the past 5 christmas'.
