VERA, Logogen etc

VERA referred to here, was not the steel tape video recording equipment from the late 50s (?) but the replacement for laserdiscs that was usually found in the regions. I think it was a small profile...

All true, and sadly - nothing has changed. I missed that programme. Not going to happen since he fell into the Netflix machine, but it would be nice to think he would do another series of Screenwipe.

Some tellies will only update the channel name when they run a rescan. Others will update it more or less 'on the fly' Please don't have any sleepness nights over it
