More like France v Croatia or Russia.

No - they are setting and striking an LED matrix wall believe it or not. (So they have LED side screens throughout, an AR roof throughout, and either a real window or an LED screen behind)
I don't think you could achieve anywhere near the performance ITV are achieving with projection onto smart glass.
It’s very clever I just love how the real view and virtual top view matches up, that really is genius, I think with a better render of the top view (to make it look less fake) it would have got full marks.

Is ITV using smartglass behind the presenters in the Moscow studio?

Interesting, after the BRA - BEL match concluded, the UHD feed remained open for a minute, showing the down powering of the Red Square Studio lighting, and the audio cabling being tidied up. Showed very well the sheer brightness of the lighting used.

Closest I've seen to clean feed is the Fox Sports MUX on 16e, 720p60 though.
Yeah all fed in NS4 and fibre I suspect, I’ve seen a few unilateral floating about but the 2014 was the last World Cup where it was possible to receive these feeds.

Sky News clickbating with their breaking news notifications- one just released for an article giving five reasons why England can beat Sweden. That's not news and the article felt more like one seen on the Daily Express website.

It wasn't on in Scotland, neither was Danny Dyer's announcement.
Looking on Iplayer, Wales and Northern Ireland didn't show them either
Bold decision to put that "come on England" trail on BBC One in the nations. No doubt someone at the Daily Record is already writing an article collating tweets from Scots complaining about it.
