Is this the first time the coffee table /desk doesn't feature a BBC Sport logo? Glad to see the back of the stacked coins anyway.

They've offered the alternative feeds in the past, but only the tactical cam view seems to be available this time around.

The novelty soon wore off. There is a reason the main feed is the main feed.

BBC still offering alternative commentary from 5Live during live games.

Probably my only gripe with the ITV scoreboard.

ITV score was of centre at the end then- No gap between MOR and the 0 - 1 but then a noticeable gap to IRI. Makes it Harder to read.

ITV seem to have produced much better pictures for broadcast from St Petersburg this afternoon, than yesterday's from Moscow. The HDR images, not being re-processed for SDR use yesterday, reasoning seems quite plausible.

Not sure your point? AIUI the ITV feeds will be the FIFA/HBS HD feed which is SDR.

My understanding is that the SDR HD an HDR UHD feeds are largely separate, though with some shared cameras (which will be converted)

The picture quality yesterday was atrocious from at least two cameras.

Anyway I'm on the Spain - Portugal UHD stream and I can't believe that the studio is up-converted, it's fantastic. Cesc's stubble is glorious.

Spain playing in light blue according to the BBC graphic tonight, despite playing in white.

They are not playing in white, its a light blue. Not as light as the scorebar though.

RTÉ using the proper three letter acronym for Spain "ESP". They also used "MAR" for Morocco earlier. It's something I like to see because usually whenever the world feed graphics show stats like shots on target they tend to use those three letter acronyms.
One thing they don't have sadly is a jersey colour indicator.

They’re not in white, it’s a sort of blueygrey,

The 4K HLG HDR- wow! At its best it’s like the demo material you’d see in shops. Being 50p is really helping the motion as well.
