Thankfully most graphics are designed for 40 incch screens rather than 4 inch screens.

Yeah but when on the bus from work and watching on mobile and tablet devices clear graphics do help!

Unfortunately the tradition of the BBC using their own graphic templates instead of those of the host broadcaster appears to have ended.

Indeed- as its the same on their first live game, but I wonder if its related to the BBC taking the 4K HDR feed? Either that or have FIFA decided that every broadcaster will take their lower thirds now? Did UEFA do something similar?

So I like how both Fox Sports and the NBC Sports (which Telemundo streams are at) offer multiple camera options. The Telemundo cameras are much easier to switch through and you have the stats on the side. While the Fox app you have to go back to the home screen to change cameras. Fox has team channels which show stats and focuses specifically on the team where as Telemundo puts it on the side.

The Fox team stream for Egypt which would be nicer if it wasn’t covered in sponsorships.

Do ITV and the BBC offer the extra camera streams? The streams available here appear to be the main broadcast feed, the cable cam, player cameras for each team (focusing on one specific player), two cameras for a general team (showing the coach, crowd, and the rest of the players), and a tactical cam (which appears to be above the stands showing most of the pitch).

They've offered the alternative feeds in the past, but only the tactical cam view seems to be available this time around.

UEFA have mandated that for many years now (for both the Euros and their domestic competitions).

Either, as you say, FIFA have now decreed the same, or the BBC have decided it wasn’t worth the additional expense to pay for the graphics to be generated in their house style, given that they haven’t had this luxury at the Euros - might this be a sign of an economy being taken by the Beeb?

Subtitles on ITV started low went up and covered and are now back low again. All within the first five mins. Back to Standard pic as the Pitch is too bright on ITV.
Update after 18 mins. The Subtitles have now dropped to the bottom of the screen.

ITV seem to have produced much better pictures for broadcast from St Petersburg this afternoon, than yesterday's from Moscow. The HDR images, not being re-processed for SDR use yesterday, reasoning seems quite plausible.
