I think the difference with these games is that based on these renders that they'll have real windows. I'd likely attribute this to the similar time difference and the views of the beach.
I imagine Today will continue using the same JAW's (just add water studio for a/c) that they've used for every game going back to at least Sydney. Today likes to be close to the crowds.
