I guess they are running the platform/technology provision rather than providing the content? I suspect they are waiting for channels to sign up? It's an interesting approach - have an EPG place-holder and MHEG5 app or similar that point internet connected TVs to IPTV streams.

As for 5Later - yes, it really does sound like a 4Seven for Channel 5. Obviously they were likely candidates, as Channel 4 had launched a channel like this.
