First UK PPV

This question appeared in another forum - although the answers given are not fully correct. I don't know the answer, but does anybody here? What was the first UK pay-per-view event? It was pre-Sky and I beleive it was on a cable network in London.

Presentation...

When you see A .... Presentation, for example An HTV Presentation, what does it mean? Does it mean that HTV have brought the show to the ITV network or does any broadcaster just slap it on at the end? The reason being because in Wales, Home & Away used to be An HTV Presentation.

OK. So BBC WORLD carries advertising. This is shown by the regional broadcaster of BBC WORLD. Underneath any advertising, the BBC plays out the Advert Filler - separated into 30 second segments so that broadcasters can chip in in the event of little advertising.
