BBC NEWS FURNITURE

Just been admiring the furniture on BBC NEWS. I have a newsdesk at work (radio though) and it would be good to have a mustard coloured chair there. Does anyone know if the BBC or any other place sells these.

Has anyone seen the small 'BBC TWO' logo that appears during The Learning Zone on BBC Two? I think BBC One and BBC Two should have these up all the time, when all programmes are on.

Did anyone watch the BBC News 24 bulletin at 5pm today? They had the countdown and headlines, but no ident! It just had a beat at the end. Peter Coe looked a little surprised! Also, this morning, they used the BBC News 24 Overnight headline bed...

Does anyone have the music or video of the Nine O'Clock news from the late eighties - where they showed the readers in front of a view of earth from space and the titles animated over the top? Julia Somerville was their primary presenter as I recall.

Wahey! I've managed to record 1-minute's worth of the BBC News 24 Ident from Wednesday night (for some reason BBC ONE viewers were left with the Ident running before a very abrupt link into ABC World News and a scrolling Aston welcome).

Asa this one is for you... You should enable passwords on the cahatroom, because people have been logging on using different names (i.e. not their own, but someone eles in our 'community') and saying things that just weren't true.

Ok, I've done it! I've spent most of the evening writing a 2000 Today site, which hopefully will go on TV Home one day! Anyway, I've put all the Ident audios I can find at the moment in MP3 form on this site, and have also added a few images and some information about 2000 Today.
