In 2006, during a family holiday to Skegness, we went to Hull one day. While looking around the city centre, we were in a shopping centre, and I came out one exit of it, and on the right, was a Yorkshire television Newsroom. However, the facility was closed, but the signage was still up.
Does anyone know where exactly this was, and also, who occupies the office today?
There used to be a similar office in Middlesbrough when I lived up that way in the late 90s. I think that one was closed though when they opened the YTTV broadcast unit in Billingham for the short-lived 'Network North'.
There was one in Lincoln too, in Bailgate, and they relocated to Sparkhouse Studios on Ropewalk when they opened. Not sure if they still have a newsroom there or not.

I thought they were housed somewhere on the University of Lincoln campus? Or maybe Sparkhouse actually is on the Uni campus?

It's on the edge of the campus, but I'm not sure if that building is part of the University or not
If anyone is interested the Original YTV studio in Hull was originally owned by Anglia TV and was these co-ordinates.

On Google street view Its the red brick building on the corner with the turret and ironwork on the top. I has been expanded by the shop (butterfly's) originally was just the red brick part. The reception and office were on the ground floor and the small TV studio on the first.
