Possibly not. Jenny Hill is doing mornings at the moment, Helen P seems to be doing nights all week. Caroline is really based in Tyne Tees isn't she? If a couple of them are on Holiday then Helen F has been ?whatever?, they will be short.

It is interesting, I've not heard it before, but that certainly doesn't stop it being true... But I think if that was the case Peter wouldn't have said 'Billy no mates tonight' as if it was a one off thing. I believe Helen has suddenly been called away for personal reasons, and she was expected back by tonight. Having said that my sources vary from vaigue to down right misleading.
Guess we'll all have to wait patiently! I hope the single-head presentation thing isn't true, I like Peter and Helen together... Makes the news more palatable when they can laugh about it.

Intrigued as to why Helen P couldn't cover it if she's on lates - Ian White regularly does the 3.30, covers the 6.30 and does the late, although if it was short notice that may explain it
