The area covered by Leeds is a bit bigger than I originally thought, the Hunmanby Relay which serves Filey and parts of Brid was switched to relay Oliver's Mount (relay of Emley) rather than Belmont a few years ago.

I live in Filey. The vast, vast majority of aerials are pointed towards Bilsdale. Bob Johnson would regularly feature Filey in his tide times and weather acrostics.
Oliver's Mount doesn't have COM7 or COM8, and Hunmanby is Freeview Light. Using the Digital UK Coverage Checker, Bilsdale is the most likely transmitter and the one with the strongest signal.

Ahhh Bob Johnson ... the days when him and Mike would ''leave 'em with a laugh''! Sadly Tyne Tees' offering these days is extremely poor.

Interesting, wolfbane shows all three at a similar signal strength and suggests that Bilsdale may suffer from multi path in some locations - not to big an issue for digital. Has Bilsdale become the transmitter of choice since digital was introduced?
Did the Tyne Tees weather also mention Scarborough or was it specifically only Filey and Whitby?

No, they pointed there well before then. And I certainly never remember Scarborough getting a mention - Whitby did though.

Is this the first time Keeley has presented the main edition? Surprising choice given how Amanda presented at lunchtime.
