I believe the regional weather presenters/forecasters are employed by the BBC directly these days.

Is the lunchtime Calendar pan-regional? I rarely watch. The weather isn't I could tell and unfortunately North/West weather was played out to East/ south region today

Meant to be separate bulletins but if there is a major story then it tends to be pan-regional. Abit like Calendar albeit with different title sequences and the generic newsroom backdrop.

Look north tweeted the running order again tonight.

One thing it does show up, is that there are actually less stories covered in the main programme than you might think. Tonight was;

A large part of tonight's Calendar was taken up by an election debate with young people from the region. It was pre-recorded although I don't know if it was done today or ages ago. Have other ITV regions done this?
