That's probably it. On that website that has all the Radio Leeds jingles on, I notice there's a # John Ryan # one!

This week has also provided a lot of airings of the generic no name Sport and Weather stings. "BBC Radio Leeds Satellite Weather... (waits for some Met Office bloke to start talking)"

Talking about the listings, there's nothing on the Radio Leeds website either!. Something they are doing this week is some sort of Generation 100 countdown, just another excuse to play music all the time!

Oh and it'd be interesting to hear a 'punters phone-in' following the changes to Radio Leeds since he took over

Paul Hudson was back on Look North tonight. Breakfast weather this week has been done by the likes of Louise Lear or Isobel Lang, with Hull and Leeds sharing the same recording.

Ian White is definally the new Peter Levy as far as taking holidays is concerned. Ian's done the teatime and late (where applicable) bulletins of Look North every day since Christmas!

Over on Calendar it was Duncan Wood tonight doing the teatime and late bulletin. Yesterday it was Christine Talbot. Quite strange seeing them on the late bulletin

I thought I'd just add that OTTE LEEMING has been doing the LN Leeds breakfast bullies all week... at least for those watching in 4:3.

In 14:9 she can only manage HARLOTTE LEEMING!

The St Peter's Square gremlins seem to have got into the radio now. I was listening to Alex Hall late last night and at 12.57am she was cut off in her prime and "The Chilled Alex Hall" started 3 minutes early. A quick retune to BBC Radio Sheffield revealed she was still finishing off her programme over there. So Radio Leeds listeners missed out on her new year wishes!

A rare occurence on Hull Look North tonight - the evening bulletin was presented by Paul Murphy!!

A rare occurence on Leeds Look North tonight - the evening bulletin was presented by Amanda Harper!

Look North doesn't seem to have that many presenters really, compared with Calendar who have got an endless number of presenters, presenters that occasionally do a bit of reporting and reporters that occasionally do a bit of presenting!

he's been there for years - much like Mr Levy - rest of the team is very new (don't know about behind the scenes)

I think Paul Murphy joined Look North back in 1993, and I know for a fact Peter Levy joined in 1987.
