Calendar was rather excitable tonight with Duncan and Gaynor taking selfies on set! And Jon Mitchell dashing in behind the bench!

He was "photobombing" no less!

Dan Johnson presenting Inside Out rather than Toby Foster after he was suspended/sacked from Radio Sheffield.

Chuckles galore on LN Leeds tonight with the 60 years of weather presenting. Charlotte and Harry in Pauls old colourful jackets!

Shame as some of that should have been shown on LN Hull - after all the programme was the same for years. Only a brief reference to 60 years with Levy

Look Hull wouldn't want to remind everyone that their viewers once had a decent local news programme rather than the banal amateur trash they have to watch now.

I'm getting a bit fed up of Look Leeds giving a full length report every Sunday about something discussed on the Sunday Politics, at the expense of other news stories.

Not to mention bulletins on Mondays leading with a report that happens to be a feature on Inside Out!

One thing I am wondering is, will viewers start to get bored by the endless Tour de France stories on Look North. There is one most days.

Not necessarily my opinion by the way.

I assume Look North Leeds and Hull are not alone in this. Hull often have an edited version of a Sunday Politics report on a Friday.

I can live with it to be honest on a Friday but agree on a Sunday bulletin there should just be other news.

Similarly, on Thursdays in ITV plc regions, one of the "aggregate" items is a glorified trailer for the Tonight programme.

For example, this evening Meridian had a package about the pros and cons of e-cigarettes.

Toby is back on the radio on Monday. I believe he did this week's Inside Out.

PauL Hudson's shirt tonight is utterly, utterly hideous.
