Well bearing in mind I get comments on here everytime I make a similar comment, you understand my annoyance, as it seems to be one rule for one & another rule for others.

Its getting to the point now that Im seriously reconsidering sticking around here now.

You cant make any comment on here without invading someones privacy!

I know that will probably please some people on here anyway!

Not really.
You might take offence with describing the size of your kn*b which you could rightly describe as sexist.
If you want to discuss frontages I suggest you do indeed try somewhere else.

You really don't need to have many slip ups like this to start a rumour...

'Your hosts, Chris Sutcliffe and Yorkshire television presenter Christa Ackroyd, invite you to share with them their passion for this stunning part of what is known as God's Own County. '

Providing 'television' doesn't have a capital T, that is actually correct. Granted, it could be worded better though.

I presume it's not the done thing to trade on your BBC credentials for a commercial venture.

You have to wonder about the vanity of Ms Ackroyd, why she'd want to use the possibility of potential guests meeting a TV celeb, as some some of desirable marketing tool, to attract guests to her venture.
It could serve to attract no end of obsessive weirdos, who otherwise would have no interest in staying in a remote, upmarket (and I must say, very comfy looking) establishment.

Of course the majority of her guests won't recognise or know who she is, until they switch their telly on at 6:30 during their stay ! (I'd be inclined to send a different BBC 1 region to the bedroom tellies Very Happy !)

For our honeymoon we got a cottage a few miles from Tywyn on the Welsh coast. The cottage had a strange satellite system, so we retuned it to get dear old Peter. That would have confused the buggers!

Instead of the latest in Cardiff, they would be watching the goings on in some dreary council estate in North Hull! Very Happy

To be fair, I met Christa many years ago in a previous job of mine and she was nothing but courteous and helpful.

I stayed in a hotel in Galway last year, the version of BBC 1 on the TV distribution system was BBC South, which
happens to be my local region. It was nice to be able to watch my local news, so far from home without any special effort !
