The bulletins in the Calendar newsroom look very good in my opinion - probably the best of the temporary set ups from what I have seen so far.

Problem is several of them were split in two to allow a smaller regional centre to be closed. Look at Anglia - the studio where they currently broadcast from is half of the studio formerly used for productions like Trisha.

Nice to see Christine back. It'd been said that she's only doing 3 days at first and is also not doing lates either.

I wonder if we'll get to see Gaynor back on Thursday or would that be too messy (with Kate on Friday)

The newswall didn't get an outing tonight.

Shame there is no endcap on Calendar meaning we don't get to see the RTS Award anymore.

Would really hope they give Gaynor a lie in on Thurs and Fridays!

But fear two nights of sickly sweet Kate.

Seemed a stunted ending tonight - almost as if they could not say "Goodnight" - which thinking about it didn't happen on clips on "ITV News London"

Wonder if that is a policy!?

I noticed Channel Report ended the programme yesterday with 'That's it from us for now, but Alistair Stewart and Mary Nightingale have the National and International News next' (or words to that effect), before leaving it hanging.
