I'm sure we all join to wish Christine a speedy recovery and hope to see her back on Calendar soon.

It does also explain why Gaynor is now presenting Calendar.

Just seen a tweet from Christine about starting treatment, hope she's OK

What has she got wrong with her?

EDIT: Just watched the program, agreed. I hope she gets well soon.

Sarah Cruddas on BBC Lincs / Radio Humberside - assume an extra shift because of the weather. Lisa Gallagher did the morning shift

And on BBC Look North Yorkshire. Her very quick forecast wasn't quite what I was hoping for considering the weather conditions, but hey ho, not her fault!

Anyway - thought she had left for CBBC at Christmas?

She left before then, but came back at Christmas as cover. So assume same arrangement today

Late Kick Off followed by The Super League Show later tonight. I don't know if one is live and the other recorded or what, but assuming they are both done in the studio, and with regular Look North bulletins as well, there will have been a lot of furniture moves in the Leeds studio today.

That might help explain his peculiar all over the place voice. Always sounds surprised by every other word

Sarah Cruddas doing the weather on Look North Yorkshire - but definitely wasn't from Hull or Leeds. Was a well lit studio and the backdrop looked nice and clear. Sarah has said on Twitter "Eeek so the weather today is in HD!!!!" so maybe from Salford or something?
