Looking at the bulletin, Lisa Walton reminds me of other regional news bulletins readers I've encountered across the network these days - poor enunciation and little in the way of disguising a strong local accent. I can't speak for Kate Welby as I can't find any clips in the usual places to demonstrate her presenting skills.
